2. Data we collect
We only process information you choose to send us through the quote and contact forms:
- Identity and contact details: name, company, e-mail, phone, country
- Shipment details: cargo type, product name, UN number, quantity, route, dates and additional service preferences
- Message content and time of submission
- The IP address at the time of submission, to prevent abuse
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to assess and respond to your quote request, to contact you, to take steps prior to entering into a contract and to meet our legal obligations. The legal bases are your consent, steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interests.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share it only as far as needed to handle your request with our hosting and e-mail service providers and, if your shipment goes ahead, with partners involved in the transport (e.g. customs brokers, carriers, insurers).
5. International transfers
Our website servers are located in the European Union (Germany). As an international logistics service, your data may be transferred to our partners in the countries involved in your shipment.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as the purpose requires. Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for no more than two years after the request is closed and are then deleted or anonymised. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent. Residents of Türkiye may also exercise their rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK). You can contact us by e-mail with any request.
